TRISHA: My Issue: Have no phone due to comcast router being out, have an Arris SURFboard model SB6121 Connected. Need to have it allowed so that I can use my internet service please.

TRISHA: I did not receive a new modem. I bought the Arris SURFboard Model SB6121 to use until the technicians could find out what was wrong with the modem I have been renting from comcast. I can not CALL anyone because my PHONE service is through COMCAST which obviously is Not Working or I would not have had to buy a back up modem.
