webtreats.mysitemyway.com/ -- This has a TON of free textures and such to use. I checked them all, they are all clean and virus free. I would advise having a program to unzip them since they are compressed.

www.1001fonts.com/ - For every Av, there is a matching font. Almost everything on here is free to use, though a few to ask you to buy them. Depending on how your computer is set up, you may need to open the folders and then send them to your font file.
